I can offer my expertise and experience of 30 years as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Supervisor in CT and NY City. I can help you either individually or as a couple who is experiencing relationship distress and intimacy issues. I use Emotion Focused Therapy, EFT to help provide you with insight and perspective into your problems while creating a trusting and safe space. My work is client centered and collaborative using a systemic approach to facilitate change. I focus on your emotional process and attachment needs in order to deepen your experience in therapy.
I find the process of self-discovery using a relational/attachment perspective is exciting and challenging. I truly believe that people have an innate potential to grow and heal.
